Trouble Will Soon Be Over
Blind Willie Johnson recorded some of the most amazing sacred music of the pre-WWII era. His slide guitar playing seems to get most of the attention, perhaps deservedly; however, this simple hymn is among my favourite of his recordings.

Funny. The Complete BWJ is one of my most treasured possessions -- but I always skip this song for some reason. Thanks for tugging on my coat about it. In fact, LSH has an uncanny way of going right to the places I've missed. Thanks again.
